About Eugenia subterminalis
Eugenia subterminalis, also known as Cambuí Pitanga, is a rare fruit species from the Myrtaceae family. It is a semi-deciduous shrub, growing between 2 and 4 meters tall, producing oval-shaped fruits about 15–25 mm in height and 18–30 mm in width. The fruits ripen to a bright red color and have a sweet, aromatic flavor.
✅ Extremely rare species, almost never available in seed form!

The fruits of Eugenia subterminalis are eaten fresh and can also be used in juices, jams, and ice creams. According to our trusted fruit collector in Misiones, this species has a better flavor than Pitanga (Eugenia uniflora), making it a must-have for exotic fruit lovers!
