Fresh seed care
As with many fleshy-fruited Brazilian Myrtaceae, sow the seeds promptly after arrival in a loose, airy substrate kept evenly moist but not waterlogged. Protect young seedlings from harsh sun and cold. Germination time, viability and exact growth requirements for this provisional accession have not been formally established.
