Description
This remarkable Plinia humaitana comes from Rondônia, Brazil, where it grows in what the collector describes as a cooler local climate. It is an extraordinary collector’s species within the Plinia / jaboticaba lineage, combining rarity, ornamental appeal, and unusually attractive fruit qualities.
The fruits are described as very sweet, with abundant pulp and a particularly interesting feature: both the skin and the pulp are edible. According to the collector, fruits reach around 3 cm when the tree is carrying a heavy crop, making it a highly appealing fresh-eating Plinia.
Its vivid yellow fruits, produced directly along older wood, make it visually striking as well as botanically exciting. Material of this species is almost never offered internationally, and this small batch represents a rare opportunity for serious collectors.

Pre-Sale Note
This is part of a very limited future shipment planned for July/August, subject to successful consolidation and export logistics. Only a small number of seeds are being offered initially.
Because of its scarcity and collector importance, this material is best suited for growers prepared to give it careful germination conditions and long-term attention.
Seed Handling
Seeds will be shipped as fresh as possible after arrival and sorting. As with other rare Plinia species, prompt sowing is strongly recommended. Keep seeds in a warm, humid, but airy medium, avoiding both drying out and stagnant excess moisture.
