Pouteria macahensis — exceptionally sweet honey-like pulp
This rare Brazilian Pouteria material comes from the Camacã region of Bahia.
The seed-source fruit was directly tasted and selected for its eating quality. Its pulp was described as clean and extremely sweet, with a flavor reminiscent of honey.

The source name was written as “macanhensis.” We are conservatively offering it as Pouteria macahensis, while preserving this identification as provisional until it can be independently verified.

Fresh Sapotaceae seeds should be planted promptly after arrival.
