Return & Reshipment Policy

International Orders (Shipments from the United States to Other Countries)

Due to the nature of seeds and international regulations, we do not offer refunds on international orders.

If an international shipment is rejected, delayed, or returned by the destination country’s customs authorities, the package will be returned to our partner nursery.

  • Once the seeds are returned to our nursery, we can reship the order if the buyer agrees to pay a new shipping fee, which is typically USD 30.
  • Customs decisions are beyond our control, and we cannot guarantee clearance in any country.

Phytosanitary Certificate (Optional)

If the buyer requests a phytosanitary certificate, the cost is USD 80.

  • This certificate significantly increases the likelihood that the shipment will pass customs inspection successfully.
  • The certificate must be requested before shipment.
  • The phytosanitary certificate fee is non-refundable, even if customs still rejects the shipment.

Domestic Orders (Within the United States)

Seed returns within the United States are extremely rare and generally unnecessary due to the perishable and biological nature of seeds.

However, if a domestic shipment is returned due to an incorrect address, delivery failure, or similar logistical issue, we will:

  • Accept the returned package at our nursery.
  • Reship the order upon payment of a USD 10 reshipping fee, which covers domestic shipping costs.

  • We are not responsible for customs regulations, import restrictions, or inspection outcomes in the buyer’s country.
  • Buyers are responsible for understanding and complying with their local import laws.
  • By placing an order, the buyer acknowledges and accepts these terms.
