Refund Policy

At Huertas Urbanas, we take pride in providing high-quality seeds and ensuring customer satisfaction. However, if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we offer the following refund options:

Product Replacement
In the event that your seeds arrive in poor condition or you received an incorrect item, our first course of action will be to replace the affected seeds free of charge. To initiate a replacement, please provide a detailed report of the issue along with a clear photograph showing the seed condition. Our seed experts will analyze the provided information to verify if replacement seeds are warranted. Replacement seeds will be of the same species if available, or a comparable species of equal or greater value if the original seeds are out of stock.

Partial Refund
If a product replacement is not possible or desired, we offer a partial refund of 50% of the purchase price. This option applies when our experts determine the seed issue was not due to our error or negligence based on the provided report and photographs.

Full Refund
In cases where we are clearly at fault for the seed quality issue, such as incorrect packaging or shipping errors on our part, we will gladly provide a full 100% refund of the purchase price.

To request a refund, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order, providing the order number, detailed description of the issue, and any supporting photographs. Our seed experts will review your claim and respond promptly.
